工作描述

  - translation documents.
- preparing the documents
- Documentation and reporting of staff take leave, transferring, promotion and resignation, OT time
- Manage and receive stationary
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
- Take and deliver messages.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies for department
- Help organize office activities.
- Keep office area clean and tidy
- Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management

职位要求

  - At least graduated from university.
- Good command of English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Speaking Chinese is a plus advantage.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others).
- Able to use Internet, E-mail and other Internet communications.
- Willing to learn new things, honest, friendly, and hardworking and be able to work under pressure.
- Be able to travel to any of the assigned property location.
