Job Description

  Job Description
 To lead sales and marketing for distribution PTT petroleum products (HSD, ULR, ULG,
HSFO, Jet A‐1, Avgas, Lubricants, other products) to airline, commercial customers such as
industry, jobber, dealer, and government agency.
 Arranger collection/ Payment
 Take care retail customer and others
Key Functions
 COMMERCIAL MARKET (Including Airline)
‐ Plan for sales prospecting and follow up regular customer and end‐users.
‐ Set the tactical and strategic plan by forecasting sales targets.
‐ Consult the quality of product and services with customer.
‐ Contact, negotiate and prepare the sale contract, sale discount and sale credit within an
authorized level.
‐ Ensure sales performance, discuss with customer and maintain all existing customer.
 DISTRIBUTION
‐ Distribute the PTT product (HSD< ULR, ULR HSFO, Jet A‐1, Lubricant) to commercial
customer such as Airline, industries, construction, hotel, power plan and government
sectors.
‐ Receive purchase order from the customer and arrange fuel supply and payment
proceeding.
 CILLECTION
‐ Coordinate with accounting for collecting payment form customer in accordance with
account receivable being posted by Account & Finance Division.
‐ Follow up the credit customer and check credit amount compare with sale volume.
‐ Monitor outstanding customer and report to DMD Sale and Marketing and MD.
 COST and SALE SUPPORT
‐ Calculate net selling price, cost analysis and gross margin, and submit selling approval
before fuel supply is delivered to the customer.
‐ Gather and tracked sales volume versus gross margin.
‐ Prepare sale forecasts and sale report to DMD Sale and Marketing.
 RECORD
‐ List customers and gather all information putting into Customer Visit Record for data
analyses.
‐ Update situation or background of each customer by take note on CVR.
‐ Prepare sale forecasts and sale report to DMD Sale and Marketing.
 QUALITY, SAFETY, AND HEALTH ACTIVTIES
‐ Follow the policy of Quality, Safety and Health of PTT (Cambodia) Limited and comply
with laws and regulation related to Quality, Safety and Health. To consider QSHE as
guideline in working.
‐ Manage the risk and control the losses from accident and security violations in according
to the international standards.
‐ To be applicable to the requirement of ISO 9001:2008
‐ To be applicable to the requirement of OHSAS 18001:2007
‐ Performance the procedure that related to the system of OHSAS 18001:2007
 SPECIAL TASK AND OBLIGATION
‐ Any specific task or obligation shall be considered within/ by the company authorization.
‐ Report immediately to Managing Director for any irregular activity concerning to the
company.
‐ Support retail team of business communication or arrangement.

Job Requirements

  Qualification Requirement
 Cambodian
 At least 2 years of working experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Management.
 English, Thai, and Khmer language proficiency in both writing and speaking.
 Must well understand about PTT business transaction and working culture of the
company
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Computer literacy MS work‐Excel, Power Point.
 Driving License.

Working Place: P.P
Probation Period: 3 Months
Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00PM
Working Day: Monday to Saturday
Holiday: Sunday and National Holiday
