. Collect all new regulations changed and updated the register then report to managers of company . Assist in providing consultation/advice concerning laws, regulations, and standards. . Liaise with government officers of various ministries such General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Economics and Finance, Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. . Liaise with governance officer and regulator on corporate tasks of the company. . Assist in reviewing all policy and procedure of the company and ensure that all policy and procedure are comply with the laws of Cambodia. . Assist to gather information and investigate when there is some misconduct or breach of company policies and procedures . Provide the legal consultant and legal advice as assigned by supervisors and manager. . Assist in preparing/verifying/drafting the legal document such as memorandums, contract, and agreement, meeting minutes, reports and agendas; . Provide general administrative support to the Legal Department; . Assist to keep track on updates of laws, statutes, decisions, and other legal articles; and . Other tasks assigned by supervisors and manager. |
. BA in business, law or banking is an advantage . Excellent writing and communication skills, both in English and Khmer, can speak Chinese is an advantage. . Minimum 2 years of full time as back compliance officer in law firm and/or experience in telecom company is highly appreciated; . Good organizational, planning and problem-solving skills . Skills in working with working process, spreadsheets to prepare reports, memos and summaries, . Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationship with co-workers, government ministries, and regulators . Able to work independently and under tight deadline, . Be able to work independently and work as a team. .
