Job Description

  Project Implementation Management

The overall management role of the position is to manage and lead the project implementation including allocation of the projects to the Payroll/Tax assistants/coordinators and ensure that the projects are implemented according to the agreement between HRINC TAC and clients.

Project Execution:
• Lead in the client relationship and engagement including providing the most up‐to‐ date laws or regulations that may affect the Client’s business
• Take prompt action for any problem or complaint from the clients and Client’s employees
• Dealing with government officers if it is required
• Ensure all payroll input update information receive on time from the client
• Prepare and ensure that all paper works and calculation are accurately calculated including calculation of payroll tax and social security fund contribution and payroll
• processes are completed per project cycle.
• Check and ensure that all supporting documents and information are enough for business tax preparation and declaration
• Ensure all Client’s business tax preparation and submission on timely manner
• To submit clients’ tax forms at GDT
• Bank processing including withdraw and deposit
• Ensure all invoices are issued accurately and on timely manner
• Ensure all payments are received on time from the client

General administration tasks:
• Preparing, Checking Payment voucher and ensure that a structure of filling is executed for each project
• Ensure Client’s up to date contract are signed and file properly
• Cooperate with Accounting data team to ensure that all transactions are collected and entered into the Book on a timely manner
• Helping the other team member if needed

Staff management:
• Training and coaching the team of subordinates
• Involve in staff performance review of the subordinates
• Other tasks assigned by Team Leader and Manager

Job Requirements

  Requirements:
• 4-6 years worked experience in related field is a plus
• Mathematics or accounting degree
• Quick Book knowledge is a plus
• Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Advance Excel, Internet and Email)
• Good knowledge of Cambodia Taxation and Labour Law is preferred
• Good English (writing and speaking)

• Smart, flexible, honestly and hard‐working person
• Working and support the team include coaching and monitoring
• Willing to learn the new thing and good at dealing/facing challenge
• The person who is good at planning in advance
• Good interpersonal skill and communication
• Good on problem solving
