Job Description

  Outsourcing Workforce Recruitment:
 Ensure a timely recruitment process for HRINC outsourcing workforce projects (Driver, Cleaner, Worker, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, etc.)
 Shortlisting, Testing, Interviewing and Facilitation of Client interviews
 Building up a strong candidate pool in the pipeline for existing and upcoming workforce projects
 Conducting site/community recruitment, school presentation and/or announcement in Phnom Penh and Provinces

Client and Employee Relations:
 Participate in Client meetings with project managers to understand the recruitment timeline and granting advice regarding recruitment if necessary
 Involve in client engagement/relations and feedback collection
 Visit and on-site meetings with clients and outsourced employees in Phnom Penh and Provinces
 Assisting in development and implementation of employee relations and engagement program for each project
 Involve in workforce disciplinary actions and performance reviews

Training and Development:
 Prepare and provide induction sessions to new hires and assist in development of SOP (standard operating procedure) for each project
 Join in development of training materials and preparation of periodic refresher training for outsourced employees
 Conducting Business Development (job fairs, career events) with other divisions when needed
 Other tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

   Bachelor Degree of business administration, HR, or any related field
 2-4 years' experience in HR operations or recruitment and Training
 Good command of English, writing and speaking
 Good knowledge of Ms. Office and Internet and Email
 Knowledge of Labour Law
 Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal and engage with people of all kinds
 Adaptability and be able to work under pressure
 Enjoy traveling for work
 Enjoy with team working
 Good Planning and proactive
 Good communication
 Honest, professional
 Happy to learn something new
 Working under pressure and love challenges
