Job Description

  • Management and facilitation of car-&-room bookings, driver communication, etc.
• Receiving in-country and overseas calls from clients and candidates and call transferring
• Welcoming customers/clients/visitors and meetings, training, conference facilitation
• Administrative task-related day entry in system
• Handling related requests from office staff professionally (verbal & email)
• Managing stationary stock and purchasing for office operations
• Others will be assigned based on prospective receptionist’ ability and motivation

Job Requirements

  • University students or graduate in any related field
• Experience in related field or any EXTRA-curricular experience/activities also Preferred
• Good/Practical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Email
• Very Good English, Speaking & Writing
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Negotiation and internal & external relationship building
• Excellent customer services skills
