Job Description

  Responsible for working across all divisions to ensure effective and efficient customer service and employee management. This includes, but not limited to, re-engineering business processes, enhancing system platforms, building new systems and apps, and managing projects.

• Manage a portfolio of projects according to the standards and expectations of the organization.
• Analyze and work on solutions to streamline/ re-engineering of business processes, suggesting appropriate checks & balances.
• Identifying and resolving internal bottlenecks and leading project teams to implement solutions.
• Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project related activities.
• Develop and maintain a communication plan with business communities and stakeholders to ensure the succession of projects.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organization.
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  Academic Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or a related field is required.
Business Skills Required
• Proficiency in Ms Office and familiarity project management software (e.g. Ms Project) & process flow software (e.g. Visio)
• Sound working knowledge of general business processes and organizational framework, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure
• Be very good in verbal and written English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff, at all levels, and third parties
• Passion to have an impact. Pro-active self-starter. Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
• Confident with strong decision-making skills
• Good leadership skills and ability to work well within a team
• Good time management skills and ability to multitask

Working Experience:
• Experience in managing operational or structural change within an organization
• 2+ years of progressive experience in project management within an international organization preferred. A mix of both consulting and corporate background is preferred
• Reports directly to Head of Digital Transformation.
