1. CLIENT MANAGEMENT - Attends the meeting with leaders - Is able to respond simple questions to client - Is able to communicate with client by phone and email 2. TEAM MANAGEMENT - Support leaders to share knowledge if required - Participates to motivate team, self and others to achieve project objectives 3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT, EVALUATION, ENGAGEMENT, DESIGN - Is able to manage and runs small survey - Manages the day to day tasks - Conducts the interviews with clients: employees and management - Does the analysis and research 4. PROJECT EXECUTION - Follows the appropriate preparation and planning of leaders - Collects data from client - Is able to do the interview with client - Entries the data to the database - Makes sure all data are accurate and transparent with survey purpose - Does data cleaning, data analysis and job evaluation - Writes report for some parts if required by leaders 5. ADMINISTRATION - Creates clients list by doing the research - Arranges the schedule to meet with clients on time (arrange meeting room, book a car) - Prepares relevant documents as printing or copying documents - Supports Leaders to translate document from Khmer to English or from English to Khmer - Checks document and arrange all data inputs in a good order in both hard copy and soft copy and all data and information are kept in high confidentiality - Supports Leaders and coordinate with web team to produce idea for designing cover page or advertisement - Other administrative tasks as assigned by Leaders or Managing Director |
- Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration or other relevant field - At least one-year experience in communication, HR knowledge, market research and analytical work - Good understanding of English language (writing, listening and speaking) - Basic knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and statistics - Good understanding and using the Microsoft Word, Excel, SPSS, Outlook, Email and Web research |
