Job Description

  1. Deliver a training on new mobile products and soft +sales skills to field force and in-store promotion force
2. Design new, creative training materials, presentations and other training tools in various channels including media and social media
3. Good understanding of mobile technologies and competitor offerings, clear understanding of mobile retail operations and business, understanding of consumer behaviors and purchasing motivators
4. Excellent communications and relationship-building with trainees, co-trainers and other retailers
5. Imparting knowledge of subject matters to trainees (sales and promotion force) professionally and in an engaging way
6. Further consulting and follow up the trainees to scale up the business coverage and profitability and team engagement
7. Other tasks assigned by Managers in Cambodia and Abroad

Job Requirements

5. He/she is energetic, creative, collaborative, and analytical and has a broad experience in blended training methods
6. Minimum of one to two years of training experience
7. Has a passion for sales
8. Having worked in the telecommunications sector is an advantage
9. Having worked in a retail shop as a sales representative is an advantage
10. Proven experience in sales training is an asset
11. Has excellent communication skills
12. Can easily make connections
13. Uses a wide array of communication platforms
14. Loves technology and can demonstrate his/her love for technology
15. Project Management skills; can organize and create structure for programs and projects
