Job Description

  To identify any possible revenue leakage areas by carrying out regular reviews and reconciliation of system/network elements and platforms thus minimizing the potential revenue loss.

• Conduct of testing existing and new product launch
• Monitoring and report to internal department about issue of Call/SMS/Data to avoid revenue loss.
• Monitoring the system and file transfer.
• To be responsible for the daily monitoring of analytical tools used to capture potential revenue leakage/fraud.
• Maintenance in-depth understanding of industry trends relative to risk and loss avoidance.
• Conduct of testing to detect various frauds/ fraud threads
• To obtain, prepare and input revenue.

Job Requirements

  Year 3 or 4 in a Degree of IT/ Computer Science
Computer knowledge of database and programming language
Good communication in English
Knowledge of MSSQL and Oracle experience
Good at in C#, PHP, SQL
