Job Description

  • Assist the department with the day to day operations and resident requests and administration of maintenance services.
• Assist the department in promoting, establishing and maintaining positive relations with residents.
• Provide team support with assistance in all aspect of scheduling common properties maintenance, communicating Borey procedures and supplying generation property information.
• Notify Property Manager of repeat resident complaints or unusual and or unreasonable situations.
• Provide high quality of customer service and take an active role in customer retention program.
• Update and maintain current daily and emergency resident contact list and resident handbook.
• Coordinate with maintenance team and facilities management to provide best solution with vendors.
• Provide support to the department by producing, modifying and distributing various forms, spreadsheets, manuals, information and miscellaneous type written information.
• Respond to inquiries and request regarding housing, provide contact for callers requesting detailed information regarding the property.
• Oversee, maintain and monitor all resident’s portfolio.
• Collect and compile weekly vacancy information, prepare weekly report.
• Draft policy and procedure for implementation of document management under the direction of Property Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in _Management / Human Resources or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in secretary role__ and/or _General Administration__, or a related area.
• Knowledge of leadership skills, effective time management
• Knowledge of general administration Knowledge of customer relation management
• Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work effectively with all types of people
