工作描述

  - Organize & facilitating business meetings, workshops or seminars/conferences
- Coordinate with event organizers/suppliers for specific events whenever necessary
- Control office staff & warehouse workers’ attendance and report monthly
- Facilitate transportation and accommodation arrangement for travelling staff and visitors
- Coordinate procurement with other teams/departments in office & warehouse
- Coordinate car pool arrangement and communicate the schedule to the drivers
- Facilitate meeting room booking and availability
- Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers on office and equipment maintenance
- Arrange courier/messenger schedule
- Distribute document received from customers to relevant departments
- Sending documents to relevant business partners
- Support staff in assigned project based work
- Cost conscious initiative on process and procurement
- Maintain office order and tidiness at all time
- Manage IT related tasks such as printers/copier toners maintenance including some parts of network

职位要求

  - Equivalent degree in the related field
- Female candidate only
- At least 1 year working experience in administration and reception
- Good computer literate especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Good command of English for communication, proficiency in any other additional languages will be advantageous
- Able to work under pressure and work as team
- Good organizational skills & time management
- Proactive, open minded and result oriented
- Flexible, resourceful, discipline and able to work with minimum supervision
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
