Job Description

  - Customer relationship data management. Liaise with customer to obtain required information for customer account creation and entering vendor account creation request in PASTIS.
- Vendor data management. Liaise with suppliers to obtain important information for vendor account creation and entering vendor account creation request in PASTIS
- Support on regulatory affair compiling, filling and proper store documentation and confidential information.
- Maintain/request article master data to GMDT (MatForm) for new article creation, follow up on creation status and perform R3 extension. Forecast & by month for current year and upload to MAP. Analyze actual and forecasted financial performance, pro-actively highlight deviations from target to management and recommend countermeasures. Develop business commentary for AP and corporate management.
- Working with Regulatory Manager on the registration status for ePERMIT application for all shipment importation, ensure permit is available before shipment arrival
- As the recipient for incoming NTBTs and creator for out charging NTBTs, ensure valid SLA in place before both parties start initiate the whole process, work with Business Planner on the out-charging amount and verifying in charging amount. Current inter-company NTBT involve: Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, Japan, USA, India, and Singapore. Steer the operational planning process for the following calendar year, using the 24 months sales plan as a basis.
- Co-ordinating with local team, RBU and supplier for Professional Farmer Kit ordering for MY & SG.
- Co-ordinating (Booking facilities, equipment, distribute agenda, produce minutes & follow-up actions) key
meeting, conferences, workshops, training, exhibitions, events etc. with internal team and external channel partner. E.g: S&OP Meeting, HT workshop, sales training.
- Working with Sales and Marketing team for new products launching, commercial events and monitor ASP budget vs actual spending. Dealing with 3rd Party Service Consultants for new service agreement preparation or renewal; monthly account, payments and activities monitoring.
- Coordinating quota allocation, monitoring seed productions in accordance to stages & communicate with
producers. Coordinating and monitoring seed productions in accordance to stages, collecting monthly
on-ground seed sales quantity report submission.
- Collaborating and support the seeds audit process onsite and internally.
- Coordinating for BU agreements and prepare contract summary for submission to Legal, Tax and CRM
for their review and approvals, follow up on agreements finalization and ensure safe keeping.
- Coordinating and preparing quotation to customer for new products and annual price list renewal, ensure
well keeping and traceable.
- Coordinating, receiving and monitoring on the movement of commercial and technical samples.
- Coordinating, procuring, receiving and monitoring on the ASP materials distribution.
- Compile and maintain external stakeholders, direct and indirect customers' database.
- Assist Technical Manager for ARM data entry quarterly after the completion of the R&D trials
- New employee onboarding arrangement with facilities.

Job Requirements

  - Education: Certificate and above with business admin or agriculture is preferable
- Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the area of office administrative.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge:
1. Basic finance and accounting skills, proficiency in interpretation and analysis of financial reports.
2. APO DP & SAP knowledge is beneficial.
3. Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
- Good command in English.
- Good communication skills, team player.
