Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of both sales and marketing within the Steel department
• Lead the team to develop strategic planning to guarantee sales growth for the products
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong sales performance, and to assess and mitigate risks.
• Work to strategically develop and improve procedures, operational process flows, standards and policies and makes recommendations for necessary changes
• Work to develop and oversee the KPIs of the department and manage staff’s performance management
• Conduct both domestic and foreign market research to understand both supply and demand of the products and create new sales opportunity
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction level by improving services and taking actions immediately on sales related problems
• Provide professional development opportunities for the team to ensure the improvement of the department’s performance
• Look for opportunities to expand market, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities

Job Requirements

  Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred

Professional Experience

At least 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, or a related area

Knowledge

Knowledge of sales, marketing, & market Research
Knowledge of strategic planning


Skills and Abilities

Advanced level of Microsoft office (is a plus)
Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to process the big-picture items
