Job Description

  • Strategize, develop and monitor the Enterprise Business & Solutions plan and targets so as to ensure the team drive and achieve the targets set.
• Develop, establish and monitor the short-term and long-term business strategy and plans in order to deliver the set KPIs.
• Lead, direct and control the team to ensure the daily operations are carried out smoothly in order to achieve the set business goals and objectives.
• Plan, monitor and oversee the day-to-day running of Enterprise Business & Solutions to ensure smooth operations and where necessary address critical issues to meet customers’ expectations and uphold company image.
• Analyze and interpret data, trends, metrics and market insights as well as evaluate and devise plan to enhance overall performance of the division.
• Liaise and work closely with superior and other business units heads for strategic and tactical decisions making in order to drive and deliver revenue and profitability.
• Monitor and continuously evaluate the efficiency of the business in accordance to organizational objectives and where appropriate direct and make improvements to ensure it meets the business expectations and goals.
• Visit the Regional and Sectoral Team to guide and drive them as well as jointly visit key customers to pitch for business and/or address their concerns in order to deliver the set goals and targets.
• Build, manage and enhance relationships with internal and external parties and stakeholders in order to leverage on the relationships where necessary.
• Motivate, inspire, guide and coach staff to deliver at a high level of performance by conducting periodic review of the performances against the set targets.
• Develop financial budget as well as review financial information, monitor and control operational budget for the division to ensure effective spent as well as to enhance profitability.
• Review and enforce the implementation of the divisional procedures and guidelines as well as advise the team on issues and guide them on finding solutions to address those issues to ensure smooth operations and adherence to stipulated requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Min. 15 years of relevant experience in Business Solution or Sales; of which 6 to 8 years in senior management role.

• Speaks minimum with excellent English, (Mandarin & Khemer an added advantage)
