Job Description

  •Provide administrative input and support to coordinate supplies and manage contractors.
•Provide effective office support to maintain normal operation and replenishment of office equipment and supplies.
•Provide timely and accurate statistics and reports of office supplies and fleet management
•Report on suppliers’ service quality and implement actions to correct the deviation in quality.
•Ensure all administrative functions are efficiently and effectively managed.
•Participate in special projects and assist in all administrative matters.
•Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently throughout the company.
•Coordinate and periodic check up on R&M of office building, vehicle, office equipment etc.
•Prepare monthly performance evaluation on actual performance of those managed suppliers
•Assist with finance team on fixed asset count and tag twice per year
•Monthly report from visiting each service point as well as service center with recommended solution.
•Process renewal of license and tax with related Ministry based on the announcement and expiry date
•Coordinate on fly and accommodation booking for both internal and external staff
•Control and update on insurance contract and report of vehicle
•Perform any other tasks as assigned when required.

Job Requirements

  •Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is required.
•Fluent in Speaking/Reading/Writing Khmer is required.
•Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
•Good computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email)
•Two years of experience in related capacity. Experiencing in Finance is an advantage.
•Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork.
•Strong organization skills.
•Smart, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadline

Working time: 7:30 AM ~5:30 PM
Holiday: Sat / Sun / National holiday
Salary: $ 500 ~ $ 550
