Job Description

It has 37 shops nationwide, servicing 8 million subscribers in Cambodia. As a retail regional manager, you will learn how to manage and empower our front office agents through our first line manager leadership program, and have the ability to work as a team to improve, strengthen our customer service within the shops.

Retail Manager Regional is responsible for:

Achieves sales growth in device and SIM activation and budgeted growth through people development and execution of retail strategies.
Works with the Head of Retail to generate ideas about future retail activities to increase competitive advantage
Collates and maintains up to data knowledge of market place, competitors and trends.
Manages and analysis of internal processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Spends time in retail shops with the team and customers to understand and identify business critical issues in order to ensure alignment of tactics and strategies.
Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operation including planning of resources.
Takes a lead role in building a strong sales and service management culture with the retail team; spends time coaching shop supervisors; identifying skills and opportunities for development, provides advice and guidance on shop supervisors’ issues when needed.
Develops functional, interpersonal and management skills of retail shop supervisors, with measurable goals that tie into the overall retail plan.
Works with the HR to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adhered to. Chairs disciplinary, grievance, capability hearings and appeals as required.
Proactively manages and reviews the performance and progress of supervisors, sets objectives and targets; works with retail support to develop individual training plans for the team
Recruits, trains and develops staff ensuring adherence to the company's systems and procedures
Regularly produces and presents a range of financial/non-financial reports for the management as and when required.
Ensures direct reports are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements.
Measures progress on shop KPIs and monitoring of all retail reports.
Completes all the assigned tasks by the management.

At least 5 years of relevant sales working experience
Graduated with an MBA or any Bachelor’s Degree
Strong computer skills (Microsoft office) such as Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Khmer both writing and speaking

Working Time 08:00am~11:00am | 01:00pm~6:00pm
Working Days Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Fri
Holiday Sat (Half) / Sat (Full) / Sun / Legal holiday
Salary $ ~ $ 1100
