Job Description

  Main Roles and Responsibilities:

To support adjustment of project’s accounts

As a first reviewer, the supporting staffs are required to review accounting documents from projects, and to make summary note for the project officer in charge.

The supporting staffs are also required to make a chronology of expenditure of items procured under projects. If the supporting staffs find any accounting mistake or mishandling, the supporting staffs are required to make a record of such mishandling cases.

To provide logistical support to operational staffs

The supporting staffs are required to support logistics for the operational staffs in the case such as applying business trip budget, making a reservation of flight and accommodation, adjusting the budget, making necessary arrangement to receive missions from abroad.

To provide secretariat services to operational staffs

The supporting staffs are required to support the operational staffs in the area such as schedule management, meeting arrangement, data collection, document filing/copying and Khmer-English translation. The supporting staffs are also required to support data input such as document filing system.

To provide document management support for operational staffs

The supporting staffs are required to provide document management support for operational staffs in the case such as copying the documents, circulating the documents, filing the documents, and managing the document files properly. Sometimes the supporting staffs are also required to drafting the documents for internal meeting.

Job Requirements

  Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of Management, English or other related field.
Previous experience as admin or secretary or facilitator (1-2 years)
Be accurate and with good attention to details
Excellent English communication
Very Good computer skills: Ms. Office, Internet and Email
Good cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills
