Job Description

  +Main duties and responsibilities
(a)Receptionist and telephone operator
-Reception of all guests and incoming telephone
-Answer and forwarding of incoming telephone

(b)NGO Plaza support
- Assistance of receiving study tour members
- Arrangement of the information data base

(c)NGO-NET support
- Operation and management of the NGO-NET TV conference system

(d) Library
- Registration and management of NGO Plaza library

(e) Others
- Serving of drinks to the guests
- Preparation of meeting room
- Acceptance and delivery of documents and postal items
- General affairs that NGO requests at any time

Job Requirements

  +Requirement (Qualification and Experiences)

(a) University degree
(b) Native tongue in Khmer and excellent speaking, reading and writing ability in English
(c) Basic computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
(d) Minimum 2(Two) years of working experience as a receptionist or an office clerk

+Working Condition

(a) Working day : From Monday to Friday except public holiday of NGO Cambodia Office
(b) Working time:
Shift A : 07:00―11:00 and 13:00―16:00 (Rest hours: 11:00―13:00)
Shift B : 09:00―13:00 and 15:00―18:00 (Rest hours: 13:00―15:00)
(c) Working place : Phnom Penh
