Advertisement Media Buy

• Developing effective media buying strategies for both Above-The-Line (ATL) & Below-The-Line (BTL).
• Compare & negotiate with media sales companies to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in online, broadcast and print advertising.
• Experiment with new platforms and channels
• Keeping up to date with industry research figures, including distribution figures (newspapers and magazines) and audience figures (television and radio);
• Prepare schedules and adjust when needed.
• Booking individual advertising spots, e.g. pages, posters etc.
• Ensuring that the adverts run accurately so that the desired media message is seen and heard by consumers.
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).

Digital Marketing

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee a social media strategy.
• Manage and maintain the organization’s website.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook).
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Creating and executing SMS and E-mail based marketing campaigns.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
• Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
• Promoting company’s products and/or services in the digital space.

Market Research

• Gather & compile competitors’ information (marketing activities, sales / tactical campaigns, new models, pricing & promotions) via all communication channels e.g. social media, website, ATL & BTL, on-ground activities etc.


Events / On-Ground Activities

• Plan, management & execute of all events, projects & conferences, identify & propose locations for road shows, events, launches etc.
• Source, interview & price negotiations with contractors/suppliers on event related services/equipment & recommend to management for approval;
• Initiate ideas, planning & execute overall ad hoc marketing/sales projects as per management's directive;
• Monitoring & communicating with contracted event organizer
• Ensure all activities & events are within budget.
• Responsible for event reports, tabulate, compilation & present to management on event results and action plan / countermeasure / improvements for future events.


• Responsible of all point-of-sales materials including banner, bunting, brochure, leaflet, premium items etc for all Nissan models & sales / tactical campaign.
• Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials.
• Ensure contents accuracy especially when dual language is needed.
• Plan & monitor POSM stocks for all showrooms & activities and replenish whenever is necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Candidates with 1-3 years working experience in relevant industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in event agencies or automotive background will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able & willing to work under pressure & tight deadline.
• Able to work long hours & weekends as when required.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision with a creative mindset.
• 5.5 working days: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) AND every Saturday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
