Job Description

  +RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources duties
 Handle all HR functions including payroll & MPF processing, compensation and benefit operation;
 Perform full spectrum of support for HR functions in the areas of support for recruitment, benefits management and so on;
 Responsible for annual review and administration of benefits/insurance;
 Prepare and monitor the implementation of the annual budget and operation plan for all HR activities;
 Prepare and issue employment contract and other corporate notice to the staff;
 Administer & organize HR data and Personal files;
 Prepare periodical and ad hoc reports;
 Implement HR projects and ad hoc assignments as required;

Office administration & secretarial duties
 Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support;
 Handle the administration of office equipment maintenance;
 Arrange payments, keep accounting records and assist in the preparation of budget and expense reviews.
+REQUIREMENTS
 Degree holder in Business Management, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines.
 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR & admin managerial level; candidates with less experience will be considered as HR officer.
 Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) &; Chinese word processing.
 Well organized, strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, detail-minded,
positive and can-do attitude; self-motivated, able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.
 A strong team-player who can demonstrate commitment and proactively engagement with team members;
 Good command of Khmer, English and Chinese (Mandarin)
