Job Description

  1. Set yearly sales target breakdown by month by area and by segment in line with overall sales & business development strategy;
2. Build good relationship with key accounts, handling key merchants as a projects manager from time to time and on case by case;
3. Manage and guide team independently on daily basis on planning, proposing, and execution of merchant development program;
4. Play structural HR functions in your area of management (staff performance appraisal, staff daily checking , staff development, motivation, coaching and recommendation for change);
5. Improve communication level in and cross department in designated area as well as communications to the company's Headquarter;
6. Conduct regular meeting (as needed) to update sales, distribution, competition, post- event evaluation, brainstorming, strategy and future direction;
7. Make all agreements are executed in an organized and structure manner, with timely delivery of tasks to relevant parties;
8. Provide full support on general projects and merchant development program, including staff and merchant training;
9. Manage and provide coaching to team members;
10. Manage and control on the overall expenses of the branches;
11. Provide relevant reports to head office and superior;
12. Performance related tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Have at least 4-year work experience in Sales Management;
2. Dynamic and creative person in autonomous, time-flexible, good leadership, analytical, strong communication, planning and implementing skills and networking;
3. Multi-lingual (Khmer, English, and Chinese) is required;
4. Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & etc.)
5. Have strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure and limited deadline;
6. Flexible to travel to various locations.

Holiday: Sat / Sun / National holiday
Salary: $ 2000 - $ 2800
