Job Description

  General Manager (GM), who will be managing & be champion for leading every aspect of different business units in the company, which includes Operation, Marketing, Finance & Accounting and Human Resource, with a willingness to deliver best customer service, maximize revenue sales targets & sponsorship, decrease cost. Able to deliver results in a fast pace, customer facing business with peak cycle. Ensured efficient use of all resources through planning and management and cost saving mind set. This includes Recruit, Build, Train, Coach and retain team member.

Overall operation management

Marketing
1. Build great connection with business partners and sponsors and always find new sponsors
2. Oversee & ensure the effectiveness of Marketing Strategies for overall company to achieve revenue targets.
3. Oversee strategic planning to maintain relationship with existing sponsorships, increase sales revenue, including to drive new sponsorship & acquire new guest count revenues.
4. Oversee Marketing strategies both Offline and online channels

Human Resource
1. Set & review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of each Business Unit/ Function, including monitor their performance effectively
2. Lead/ Manage/ Coach/ Give suggestions to Head of each function, or staffs to unleash their potentials
3. Provide leadership and motivate team to deliver best performance by providing training, coaching, development
4. Plan, Monitor, Follow-up overall tasks/ projects or progress of each projects/ tasks, including giving advice to help solve problems.
5. Oversee timeline of new branch opening and manage Manpower Planning for new branch
6. Oversee Manpower controlling for existing branches

Finance
1. Work with management to develop annual budgets, to accurately forecast financial performance and to deliver financial results in accordance with those budgets, including control budgets

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master's degree in business, management, economics, finance, marketing or related field;
2. Have more than 10-year management experience;
3. Have more than 5-year in senior director level, or CEO role, with proven track record of results-driven strategic program or other accomplishment;
4. Have experience in leading teams of approximate 20 people with direct line management responsibility for 5- 6 Managers;
5. Strong leadership and analytical skills to investigate various growth alternatives and make optimum recommendations to the company;
6. Have high connection network in varied group/ community;
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions;
8. Have a proven ability in leading teams to deliver objectives and achieve the annual business plan focusing on Admission Concession and Sponsorship Revenue;
9. Have high inter-personal skills;
10. Strong communication skills and high personal standard;
11. Good at negotiating skills;
12. Have knowledge on online/offline media;
13. Multi-tasking skills, able to prioritize the work and handle in efficient manner;
