Job Description

  This role will be responsible developing and leading the department to provide the professional services to Clients – achieving the highest performance objectives within the company policy. In addition, this role will also support the Commercial Solutions business unit to accelerate future growth


Define the company strategy, set and achieve the annual budget:
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term objectives.
Improve competitive position, maximize effectiveness and
achieve pre-determined targets
- OPEX management.

Develop and lead the department to provide the professional services to customers/Client and achieve the highest performance objectives within the company policy:

Recruit, develop and manage the team performance
- Coach for performance and build a strong sales culture
- Organize and manage the teams to deliver the most
productivity results and achieve the objectives
- Initiate initiatives and project to create value added to
the customers and Clients
- Ensure the department’s procedures and practices are
complied with the company policy.
- Set up and continuously enhance the sales tools, training,
coaching and development programs to teams.
- Establish the assessment system and score card to ensure
the evaluation and motivation of the team toward the
highest performance.
- Understand the dynamics of the Pharmaceutical market & be
able to build a Key Account Management mindset within the
team.

Manage Client relationships, coordinate with and support Clients to achieve the objectives:
- Cooperate and work with Clients to provide genuine market
insights.
- Work closely with Clients to understand their strategic
objectives, and suggest solutions and initiatives to
develop and grow the business.
- Cooperate and work with Clients to develop and manage the
team to achieve the set performance objectives.
- Work with Client on the strategy, service scope, budget
and performance measurement.
- Regularly provide market intelligence, business review and
discussion with Clients to support principal to have best
practices.
- Strong cross functional collaboration to develop
strategies to strengthen customers, principals and
sub-d distributors relationship and satisfaction.
- Provide data analysis and market intelligence timely.
- Propose for the best practices.

Others:
- Support Sales & Marketing Director on the market
intelligence and business development.
- Coordinate with related department to develop strategies
to manage and strengthen the customers, Clients and sub-
distributors relationship and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with related departments to provide the best
services to customer/principal and achieve the Company’s
performance objectives.
- Continuously improve the services to customers and
principals to strengthen the Company advantages and
position in the market.
- Coordinate with related EXCOM member to review and propose
for the improvement or new strategy/policy in order to
ensure the competitive position of the Company in the market.

Job Requirements

  - University Degree, Medical degree and MBA degree preferred.
- Progressive roles in Sales functions in the multinational
pharmaceutical, consumer health or FMCG industry.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience at management team (director)
level.
- Experience in managing large teams.
- Fluency in English .
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent presentation skills
