- Review Loan Document from Credit Officer before submit to Branch Manager and checking CBC.
- Check Client Credit History in CBC by follow the policy and procedure
- Prepare and review loan document before submit Credit Committee
- Review and re-check Loan Agreement, Hypothec Agreement, legal document, and Collateral/Security Documents before giving to customer to process with authority, disbursement, and filing
- Control and monitor Credit Committee Loan minute approving which send by Senior SME Lending Support at Head Office
- Help Branch Manager to share Memo, guideline, and follow up with users to ensure that they are compliance
- Maintain customer information confidentiality.
- Record and track client’s Collateral information into core banking system
- Safe keeping all client’s documents such as Client Information, Loan Document, and Collateral/Security Document by following policy and procedure
- Coordinate related works with Credit Admin Office at Head Office
- Others task as assign by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor degree in the field of banking and finance, accounting, economic, law or other equivalent
- At least 1-year experience in Microfinance/Bank
- Have strong numeric and administrative skill
- Negotiation and internal relationship building
- Sound written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced Computer Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Ability on problem solving and good communication skills
- Good behavior committed and disciplined.
