Job Description

  +Main duties and responsibilities

(a) To support adjustment of project’s accounts
The supporting staffs are required to review accounting documents from projects, and to make summary note for the NGO staff in charge.
The supporting staffs are also required to make a chronology of expenditure of items procured under projects. If the supporting staffs find any accounting mistake or mishandling, the supporting staffs are required to make a record of such cases.

(b) To provide logistical support for NGO staffs
The supporting staffs are required to support logistics for the NGO staffs in the case such as making necessary arrangement for business trip or missions from abroad, adjusting the budget.
(c) To provide secretariat services for NGO staffs
The supporting staffs are required to support the NGO staffs in the area such as schedule management, meeting arrangement, data collection, document filing/copying and Khmer-English translation. The supporting staffs are also required to support data input such as document filing system.

(d) To provide document management support for NGO staffs
The supporting staffs are required to provide document management support for NGO staffs in the case such as copying, circulating and filing the documents. Sometimes the supporting staffs are also required to draft letters or the documents for internal meeting.

(e) To provide support for workplace environmental improvement
The supporting staffs are required to provide support for improvement the workplace environment such as managing the document files properly, and replenishing the stock of consumable goods and stationary.

Job Requirements

  +Requirement (Qualification and Experiences)

(a) University degree
(b) Native tongue in Khmer and excellent speaking, reading and writing ability in English
(c) Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
(d) Minimum 2(Two) years of working experience as an office clerk

+Working Condition

(a) Working day : From Monday to Friday except public holiday of NGO Cambodia Office
(b) Working time : 8:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00 (Rest hours : 12:00-14:00)
(c) Working place : Phnom Penh
