Job Description

  1. Scope of working:

Chief Cashier’s role is to manage for registering cash-related operations to make sure no error is made, payment processing, as well as results of transaction with the customers.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

- Managing all customer service areas and cashiers and cashiers performance in the counter.
- Be able to assist/advise cashier to do good performance with customer.
- Training all new cashiers and ensuring they meet customer service standards.
- Be able to balance tills at the end of their shift and ensure the amounts match sales data.
- Manage customer relations and customer issues by addressing problems and concerns and obtaining feedback and resolving issues.
- Enter all relevant customer data and ensure that information for each shipment is accurately completed using division software.
- Resolve customers and staffs complaints, conflicts or concerns relating to cashiering procedures, activities.
- Submit business reports on time and accurate.
- Verify cash held against records. Prepare statement after closing the day’s business.
- Other task assigned by director.

Job Requirements

  3. Qualification & requirement:

- Bachelor degree in Management, Finance and Banking or
similar skill;
- At least two-year experience at management level and at the same position;
- Honesty, carefulness, Ability to be an honest, careful person;
- Customer service skills;
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with difficult situations;
- Good planning and numeracy skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Attitude for working with computer systems;
- Be able to pay attention to detail.

4. Working Days and Hours:

- Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Work place:

- Chief Cashier is based in Head Office of Peng Huoth Group.

6. Relationship:

- Chief Cashier works under supervision and reports directly to Group Treasury Officer.

7. Salary and Benefit:
