Job Description

  ** Role and Responsibility
- Manage all day to day  activities (administrative and functional)
- Undertake overall responsibility of the business unit
- Develop and maintain business relationships with all Consulate officials
- Conduct regular Audits for all processes & implement all new process rollouts or changes
- Ensure regular Error Monitoring - To monitor track and reduce the number of errors every month, within acceptable limits
- Ensure compliance to all existing processes and meet the defined Service Level Agreement’s 
- Ensures that the Teams are mentored & work towards adherence of all processes
- Manage unit and staff efficiency & productivity
- Lead new process roll outs in the respective Visa Application Centre(s)
- Ensure conduct of Product & Process Training to all staff on a regular basis through coaching and development
- Manage Security (Physical & Data) at the Application Centre and to ensure effective controls are in place to pre-empt any physical / data security breach incidents / Adherence to Corporate Security Policy.
- Mentor the team on a regular basis, thereby ensuring a successor is created for the position
- Liaison with support functions (Administration, HR, Finance etc.)

Job Requirements

  - Minimum 3-5 year of experience on People Operations and Administration work, at least 1 year of experience as a senior manager
- General knowledge of the principles and practices
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills with admin affairs
- Demonstrated ability to provide follow up on a timely basis and keep stakeholders informed of status of organization
- Experience in developing and implementing process improvements with creativity
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and tight deadlines
- Strong reasoning, decision-making, and sound judgment
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- Proven integrity and character, especially in the stewardship of resources, transparency and accountability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven track record of achieving results
- Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and office management

** Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a field, i.e. MBA, Management, etc.
- Good facilitation and negotiation skills
- Cross-cultural working exposure
- Ability to integrate learning opportunities with day-to-day work
