Job Description

  • Responsible for organizing, supervising and coordinating various service activities provided by the front office department, ensuring the coordination and smooth operation of all work of the department, maximizing the room rental rate, room revenue and average room price. By providing efficient, warm and thoughtful services to guests, the hotel establishes a good image, thus enhancing the market competitiveness of the hotel.

Job Requirements

•Oral and written fluency in English
