- translation documents. - preparing the documents - Documentation and reporting of staff take leave, transferring, promotion and resignation, OT time - Manage and receive stationary - Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member - Take and deliver messages. - Monitor and maintain office supplies for department - Help organize office activities. - Keep office area clean and tidy - Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings - Assist in resolving any administrative problems - Perform other tasks assigned by Management |
- Bachelor degree in business administration and other relevant skill; - doesn't require experiences is an advantage; - Computer literacy in MS Office; - Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills; - Good oral and written in both English and Khmer; - Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills; - Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressurecation. |
