Job Description

  -Manage all shop and office cleaning; check; control and ensure the whole premise is always neat and clean.
-Manage shops and offices maintenance, i.e. periodic maintenance; lights not working, chairs or desks broken; Air conditioners, wall repaint etc.
-Manage office supplies, i.e. groceries; office stationery; drinking water, key, etc.
-Manage documents delivery and document archiving with supplier
-Coordinate in office furniture arrangement for employees upon requirement.
-Manage office security, i.e. guards, CCTV cameras, etc.
-Oversee furniture, IT equipment and inventory disposal process
-To participate in the organization’s policy development, if necessary.
-Provides administrative support to managers and other relevant departments as required.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Postpaid Bills Service:

-Follow up and control on monthly bill send to postpaid customer via billing system and hard bill delivery
Control on outsource messengers to make sure all the bills are delivered to customer on-time
-Cooperate in bill adjustment upon customer requirement.
-Manage all other transactions related to postpaid bills arrangement and delivery

Job Requirements

  -Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent degree
-Excellent in English and Khmer language both spoken and written
-Good presentation skills
-Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment
-Knowledge in NGBSS system is an asset
-Proficiency in computer skills, Ms Office, e-mail, etc.
-The ability to work flexibly, prioritise and multi-task
-At least 3-year experiences in administrative tasks.

Working time: 8:00AM ~ 6:00PM
Holiday: Sat / Sun / National holiday
Salary: $ 600 - $ 750
