Job Description

  1/Assistant to Accounting Manager
• Supervises a group of individuals responsible for the timely processing of financial activities that require the application of technical accounting knowledge specific to their respective area
• Oversees training, work product review, and employee development within their respective group to build accounting skill set and knowledge and to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and analysis
• Manages and often performs moderately complex analysis (i.e. historical, forecasting, impact, etc.) and timely reconciliations to support monthly, quarterly and annual closing cycles according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations
• Researches financial transactions related to their areas of responsibility to identify issues and determine appropriate resolution independently
• Executes specials projects and resolution of non-reoccurring complex accounting issues within the respective area to deliver optimal solutions to financial issues
• Ensures appropriate supporting documents, provisions, and other details for financial activities and entries are maintained and provided to appropriate stakeholders
• Communicates effectively within the team, across other functions, and directly with external auditors to resolve audit questions and issues
• Partners with team and the business in order to identify transaction issues and procedure improvement opportunities to more-effectively support the needs of the Finance organization
• Works with external (regulatory and third party) and independent auditors for transactions to provide required data and information to ensure accuracy
• Designs and oversees testing around financial controls to support compliance for respective financial area

2/ Senior Accounting Officer (450 USD - 550 USD)
- Preparing Purchase Journal for monthly tax declaration including WHT, FB, VAT and other related to business.
- Verifying the transactions for data entry process by type of transactions
- Controlling and reviewing daily transactions
- Preparing reconciliation report of General Ledger
- Working with many vendors and have the knowledge of how to control the work flow with vendors
- Understanding accounting work flow and documentation related to Custom Tax and logistic process.
- Others duties will be assigned by Management.

3/ Accounting Officer - 02 (350 USD - 450 USD)
- Preparing Purchase Journal for monthly tax declaration including WHT, FB, VAT and other related to business
- Verifying the transactions for data entry process by type of transactions
- Controlling daily Petty Cash process
- Data Entry the transaction and prepare the document for make payment
- Others duties will be assigned by Management.

4/ Accounting Clerk - 01
-​ Understanding Bank Card Payment process and settlement ( Credit Card/ Debit Card)
- Preparing Purchase Journal for monthly tax declaration including public lighting tax and related to Sale Taxes
- Controlling daily Petty Cash process
- Others duties will be assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  1/Assistant to Accounting Manager
•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
•4-6 years of experience in accounting private or relevant experience
•Advanced skills in MS office programs (Excel, Word, Access)
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced GAAP concepts and financial controls (to apply this knowledge to the design and execution of activities within the respective area)
•Experience leading a team and/or supervising others with direct or indirect reports

2)Senior Accounting Officer 01
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting is desirable.
• A proven track record with either previous experience or 2 years in a comparable position in another industry.
• Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written.
• Understanding the accounting software if any
• Knowledge of Sale Process of Cash, Non Cash flow
• Ability to perform under pressure and to keep within tight deadline.
• Able to work rotate weekend or holiday

3) Accounting Officer 01
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting is desirable.
• A proven track record with either previous experience or 2 years in a comparable position in another industry.
• Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written.
• Understanding the accounting software if any
• Knowledge of Accounting standard and Cambodia Taxation is desirable
• Ability to perform under pressure and to keep within tight deadline.
• Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.

4)Accounting Clerk
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting is desirable.
• A proven track record with either previous experience or 1 year in a comparable position in another industry.
• Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written.
• Understanding the accounting software if any
• Knowledge of Sale Process of Cash, Non Cash flow
• Ability to perform under pressure and to keep within tight deadline.
• Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
