Job Description

  +RESPONSIBILITIES

-To develop a thorough knowledge of corporate culture and plans
-To implement HR guidelines, policies and procedures
-To take initiatives to create strategy to support growth and business needs
-To identify and develop Human Resource Development (HRD) strategies in consonance with overall business strategy
-To monitor employees’ integration, training, KPI and performance appraisal review
system
- To promote open and smooth communication among the HRD function and individuals and
groups
-To facilitate the development of various organisational teams and their working
relationship with other teams and individuals
- To build networks for smooth communication so that the organisation objectives are achieved
effectively and efficiently;
- To diagnose problems and to determine appropriate solutions particularly in the human
resources areas
-To co‐ordinate and support services for the delivery of HRD programmes
-To evaluate the effectiveness of an HRD program
