Job Description

  - Make monthly plan of customer care program.
- Follow up and report about activities customer care program with branch and partner.
- Survey other operator for know about action of operator doing.
- Caring and develop long term program (Metfone Privilege).

Job Requirements

  - Age from 20 yrs. and up.
- Good at communicating.
- Good attitude and good behavior in Customer care program.
- Innovation on customer care

** General requirement:
- At least graduated University relates to: Accountant, Telecommunication, Business Administration, Management, IT, Economy.
- Skilled in Microsoft office (Word, excel, PowerPoint….)
- Good at communication. Language: English.
- Active, high responsibility in working, possible to work in high pressure working environment.
