Job Description

  Open the offices in the morning and lock the front door in the evening.
Ensure that the front and rear entrances of the
building are clean.
Switch on all lights and check cleanliness of the interior, making a record of any poor
levels of cleanliness or any maintenance issues and
take necessary steps/action to remedy.
Ensure that the kitchens are well stocked with milk, sugar, tea and coffee.
Ensure all toilets are well stocked with toilet
paper, hand towels, linen roller towels and hand soap.
Telephone System.
1. Operate Alert’s switchboard from 8.00am – 5pm; receiving and transferring telephone calls, announcing callers, taking brief messages and passing these on via the email
system or connecting callers to staff members personal direct line voicemail.
Ensure all voicemail messages to main office number are taken and directed to staff members. Maintain and ensure that the answer message is appropriate.
Report telephone equipment and line faults to the IT officer .
Review and update on a regular basis the staff contact and telephone extension lists.
Reception.
Greet and welcome visitors to the Offices between 8.00am and 5pm, ensuring they sign in the visitor’s book and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.
Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image.
Keep a record of staff and visitors signing in and out of the building.
In the event of a fire and/or any other emergency requiring staff to leave the building, to be responsible for ensuring that the visitors book and staff movement sheets are removed

Job Requirements

  -At least 1 year of working experience in four or five star hotels
-Fluency in both English communication and Khmer is a must, other 3rd languages proficiency is an added advantage
-Be able to use the computer (MS Offices), plus the Ezee Desk is preferable
-Pleasant personality and healthy looking
-Be reliable, honest, and punctuality
-Be able to work with flexible shift (afternoon shift, or sometimes morning shift) is Be eager to learn new things/ skills
-Be committed
-Be honest, and not afraid to ask for help instead of pretending
-Be a team player!

The establishment of Sereimongkul is to provide the first and the best wedding services in the kimdom, and since the opening we have so many happy couples used our "wedding supper market" where they can get it all by come to just one place. Our record has shown that we have gotten so many supports from people in Phnom Penh and also in Province too.

Taking from the experiences of his own wedding, Mr.Hei Virak who is happily married to Mrs. Yi Sophea and has three beautiful children, through experience of his wedding and made him found Sereimongkul.

The concept behind idea of provide the best wedding services from a young entrepreneur, Mr. Hei Virak founder and president of Sereimongkul, which he saw the need to make wedding less stressful for both parties of the couples. In support of his one stop wedding services and also give something back to society, his employs more than 300 university students for part time job who most of them are from province, so they can support thier studies.

The founder's childhood was like any other children. He was born in 1978 in Bonteaymeanchey Province to family of Mr. Hei Bavy and Mrs. Say Sopha. They started a new life in the capital after 1979. He 's eldest of four children. Living happily in a family of average life in the capital, he then was sent to Australia at the age of 16 to get education.

- He graduatted from St. Jonh's Park High School in Sydney, Australia in 1997
- He granted Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Queensland University in Melbourne, Australia in 2002
- He attained Certificate of Completion from Royal Administration School in 2004
- In 2007, greduated Master of Business Administration from Charles Stuart University in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
- In 2008, he gained of Master of Public Administration of low from Royal University of Low and Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
- He has been a doctoral candidate of Political Science at Royal Academic of of Cambodia since 2009.
