Job Description

  - Developing sales strategies and initiatives required to drive sales in a business organisation.
- Performing their duties set and enforce policies and procedures for sales
- Carry out a variety of assessments and analysis to come up with information useful in establishing an effective sales strategy
- Conduct assessments to determine the most appropriate go-to-market model for sales
- Forecasts using predictive models/tools to identify and adjust accordingly to factors with possible effect on sales
- Research and analysis to stay abreast with trends and recent developments in the sales volume.
- Provide sales training to sales personnel in order to enhance their skills and overall efficiency.
- Review sales records and develop action plans to increase sales figures
- Follow-up on marketing leads in order to secure and capture potential sales opportunities
- Develop and implement solutions effective for improving sales efficiency and performance
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and problems issues;
- Evaluate on-the-job performance of Sales Supervisor and Sale Representative;
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards;
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to Managing Director;
- Build up the new potential customers and keep track the existing customers;
- Follow up and push up the sale volume of the existing customers and checkup the products that has been closer expired from customers;
- Manage and monitors team member.
- Commit to achieve the sale target and increase the sale volume;
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor / Master Degree of Sale or Marketing or other related fields.
- Be able to be in written/spoken English language;
- Be proficiency with computer skills in Ms. Office, and Internet-Email
- At least 3-5 years experience in Management of Sale or Marketing in MFG;
- Strong leadership, communication, people and analytical skills
- Willingness to work under pressure and challenging environment
- Good communication, honest, flexible, strong commitment, negotiation skill, self-confidence and team work.
