Job Description

  • Manage all of the day to day operations of the branch to make sure it runs smoothly
• Prepare the training for all the staff member in the branch to work effectively and efficiently
• Participate in meeting with other management to raise visibility, enhance the reputation, and expand the opportunities of the company
• Solve the problems related the branch both internally and externally
• Strengthen the customer service and hygiene in the branch
• Evaluate the staff working performance
• Motivate the good staffs and advice the non-performance staff
• Recruit and employs new staffs to support the branch operation when it is necessary with approval from HQ
• Ensure the security of the branch (Staffs, Assets, Building, Cash…)
• Stand as the discipline implementer, self-discipline and leader by example
• Organize works to the subordinates
• Make collaboration with Head Office for related workflow and enforcement in term of strategic implementations
• Monitoring on daily income of the shop and deposit daily to the shop bank account
• Prepare to request and propose expenditure in the branch
• Check, sign, and control all the documents or invoice related to the branch
• Preparing and Checking on the payroll in the branch
• To auditing all documents and dealers and clients credit
• Make sure the document are checked daily and sign
• Monitor data base system and report immediately (Head Office in Phnom Penh) if it does not work properly

• Make a plan to increase sales
• Implement agreed retail store strategy and objectives.
• Manage, motivate and evaluate team performance to ensure that they are working properly, fulfilling customer satisfaction and achieving target revenue of retail store.
• Ensuring staff transitional processing is efficient, accurate and in line with required compliance standards, comply at all times with company’s ethical standards, code of conduct and policies and procedures.
• Respond to achieve and increase target every month.
• Handle walk-in customers /merchants inquiries
• Implementing service action plans to contribute to sustainable and profitable growth target for company.
• Keep up to day with company products suits and marketing campaigns to ensure superior product knowledge.
• Supervise the team to work efficiently to process customer transactions as quickly as possible.
• Welcome customer complaints as an opportunity to learn, and take personal responsibility for their resolution.
• Establish effective communication channels across company and with customers

Stock management:
• Checking on ordering inventory to keep in the branch stock
• Monitoring on report monthly stock in the branch
• Monitoring on controlling and taking all the branch assets.

Marketing Activity:
• Prepared other promotion activities on the branch
• Joint with marketing officer to make promotion activities that involved with Shop
• Monitor on feedback from the customers and solving
• Make corporate account

• Perform other duties as assigned
• Report quickly if have any problem happen in the branch

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor's degree of IT, Business Management or other related files
- At least 2 years working experience Branch Manager or Deputy Branch Manager
- Experience in selling to customers based in a diverse range of industries.
- Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and complex issues.
- Experience in successfully managing expectations of multiple parties, internal and external.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High-level communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and problem solving
- Honest hard working
- Strong commitment
- Able to work under pressure and high responsibility
- English proficiency is a must. (Potentially with Chinese Mandarin)
