Job Description

  • Determining current staffing needs and producing forecast :
o Work closely with the HRPB managers and business functions to determine current staffing needs for new hire and replacement positions.
o Provide employee-hiring forecast based on the current and future business plans.
• Development and execution of Talent Acquisition Strategies and Hiring Plan :
o Work closely with the HRPB managers to develop the talent acquisition strategies and hiring plan to ensure that talents requested by the business functions on time.
o Execute the hiring plan by following the recruiting process (sourcing, screening, interviewing…. etc.)
o Regularly communicate the hiring update to the HRBP managers so that they can update the status to the business functions.
o Find and improve bottlenecks of recruiting process.
o Assist the HRPB managers in talent management
• Leading Employment Branding :
o Establish employment-branding strategies by working with the HRBP managers and the relevant business functions.
o Promote and encourage employees to be employment brand promoters.
o Frequently meet with the HRBP managers and C& B manager to improve employment branding in order to stay current and attractive.
• External Relations :
o Keep close relationship with the national employment agency and regularly meet them to update to discuss about open job positions.
o Join the local HR community to learn more about the talent acquisition and other issues related to the recruitment.
o Attend and organize the job fair with the national employment agency and other universities in Cambodia.
o Build rapports with universities and share them open job positions so that they can share to their current students.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in human resource management or related fields.
• Good communication skills in English (Spoken & Written)
• Minimum of 5 years of working experiences in talent acquisition
• Strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the organisation, senior management, mid managers or employees.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadline
• Willing to continue building skills through training opportunities
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and coaching
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good people and networking skill.
