Job Description

   Researching the about SHH product functions, product
strong points, product key value which could
demonstrate to our internal staff that could help in
Sales Pitching.
 Demonstrate product functionality accurately and
completely.
 Prepare lesson plan to make sure your training has
clear mission, vision, and compliance to SHH’s.
 Researching for effective way how to demonstrate
product knowledge to our staff to make sure it is
short and productively.
 Follow up and facilitated with internal and external
training agenda with HR Department and consultant.
 Guideline new staff about SHH product trend and
knowledge to make sure they understand clearly.
 Clearly understand about SHH mission, vision, core
value, and culture which could insert to our
employee during training.
 Update all information about our existing product
that could help our sales staff provide information
more correctly and accuracy.
 Find technical sales skill that could enhance our
staff to get more revenue.
 Other tasks by Management

Job Requirements

   Bachelor degree in Business Administration majoring in
English for Business or related field.
 At least 1 year experience in training or 1 year in
English teaching experience.
 Be able to work under pressure.
 Proper Professional training attitude.
 Analytical and Presentation skills
 Communication skills in speaking/Writing English.
 Good computer literacy (Microsoft office)
 Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
 Patient, Flexible, Honest and Friendly
 Working 6 days per week from 8:00 am to 5:00pm.
