Job Description

  1. Finds ways to sell products in the face of a competitive market.
2. Researches client base to find new types of customers and sell goods to them accordingly.
3. Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
4. Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
5. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
6. Setting up appointments and visiting potential customers for new business.
7. To self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling.
8. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
9. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with sale management.
10. Participating in educational improvement opportunities, reading sales and marketing publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in sales and marketing organizations.
11. Build good relationship with clients and keep updated information on time.
12. Maintain current volume & increase by target (with target incentive)
13. Update company information to the market (new promotion, target promotion….,etc)
14. Update market behaviors (from dealers, farmers & competitors…)
15. Monthly report to the company (using standard report)
16. Collect data (find out strengths and weaknesses of the competitors)
17. Supporting the marketing supervisor in day to day marketing activities.
18. Daily report to sale supervisor

Job Requirements

  . Bachelor degree in Bachelor Degree of animal Science or Veterinary medicine
. At least 2 year work experience in similar position
. Have experience in related fields.
. Strong commitment and good communication, confident, and self-discipline
. Strong leadership, negotiating, problem solving ability.
. Be initiative, creative and proactive.
. Own vehicle & willingness to travel.
. Responsible individual is a must.
