Job Description

  - Coordinate and arrange the director's work schedule and various activities;
- Organize the relevant meetings and do a good job in meeting minutes,
- Organize the preparation of meeting minutes, after review issued;
- Summarize and file all kinds of documents submitted to the director
- Coordinate the director to reply, register and filing;
- Responsible for the directors
of all types of receipts and dispatches, daily circulation, tracking;
- Assist the director to deal with all kinds of letters, drafting letters, reports,
documents and other comprehensive documents;
- Responsible for the president's guest guiding reception services and related
matters arrangements;
- To complete other superior work to the affairs.

Job Requirements

  - English daily level, (Japanese is a big plus but not necessary) proficiency
- Clear thinking, instrumentation, good manners
- Have great organizational and computer skills (Ms. Office (Outlook, Word & Excel, Powerpoint )
- Female is a plus
- Hardworking and can work under pressure

-Working time: 6:30am~3:30pm | 9:30am~6:30pm
-Holiday: Irregular
-Salary: $ 200 ~ $ 400
