1/ Sale Manager
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as sales representative or sale manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven abilities to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and Real Estate industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Excellent English skills - Chinese is an advantage.
- Excellent Computer skills.

2/ Marketing Manager
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent English, Chinese also advantageous.

- 1 year experience up with admin duties
- Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in regard to job duties
- Between 25 - 35 years old

7/ Finance Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and/or any other related financial management disciplines. An advanced degree in these areas is desirable
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting and/or finance
- Understand and comply with rules and regulations as well as organization’s data privacy standards
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to manage a large finance database
- Strong ability to work effectively in teams while coordinate with relevant department and sections
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and
- Ability to deal with clients with maturity, sensitivity and diplomacy.

8/ Site HR and Admin Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree​ in related field
- 1 year experience up with admin duties
- Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude
