Job Description

  Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Handle payroll document, tax declaration
• Provide general support to visitors
• Prepare the contract for client & support sales team
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Assist Administration tasks
• Other tasks assigned by Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related field
• At least one-year experiences in administrator or similar capacity
• Be able to use Ms.Word Excel, bookkeeping, and closing entry
• Be honest, flexible
• Able to work under pressure
• Be supportive and helpful
• Can work as a team

Working Condition & Benefit

1) Working hour : 8 Hours per day – with adaptability
2) Public holiday : Follow by MoLVT
3) Annual leave : 18 day per year-services
4) Maternity leave : 90 day
