Job Description

  1. KEY TASKS:
• Find information and methods to attract potential clients
• Negotiation strategy to attract customers to use the company's services and complete profile on the customer's contract
• Provide customer feedback, as well as explaining to understand the company's services.

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage our call center team
• Train new team members
• Manage daily activities of our call center
• Provide ongoing coaching to the call center team, including counseling, career advice, job support and encouragement
• Handling customer enquiries
• Actively monitor risks to spot potential problems, and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
• At least 3 years experienced in Call Center
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer abilities required. (Word & Excel, internet)
• Must be diligent, hardworking and honest
