Job Description

  - Acting as right-hand person. Undertaking small elements of research and analysis and acting as an informed sounding board
- Proactively manage the deputy CEO life/diary, coordinating business and personal appointments, anticipating the level of flexibility required
- Organize meetings as and when required; drafting agendas, preparing papers briefing when appropriate, and summarizing actions when required
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the deputy CEO and other execs where required; booking flights, hotels, transfers, organizing foreign currency and arrange appointments with business partners based internationally
- Arrange corporate events including preparing agendas, managing the budget, travel, catering, venue hire and guest lists
- Arrange staff and personal events managing budgets, catering, venues, invitations, guest lists and timings
- Provide general administrative support to the deputy CEO as well as the Senior Management Team (with support); assisting with things like HR forms and procedures, budget monitoring and setting up of effective filing systems
- Prepare internal and external presentations on behalf of the deputy CEO
- Organize meetings including setting up and agreeing an agenda, typing board pack content, printing it and sending it
- Collate and prepare expenses including foreign currency expenses.
Ensure high standards as the first point of contact for guests, preparing refreshments as required
- Deal with private and confidential information on a daily basis, remaining professional and approachable at all times
- Be a key point of contact within the business having built relationships across all key functions with the Senior Management team and Board
- Do other tasks assign by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  - BBA in management or business administration;
- At least 2 years experiences in Personal Assistant;
- Good at translation and minute taking;
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to research, digest, analyses and present material clearly and concisely;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work on your own initiative;
- Honesty and reliability;
- Attention to detail;
- flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines;
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
- Able to pay attention to detail, to identify the deputy CEO preference
- Be polite at all time
- Appearance has to be Clean and neat at all time
