Job Description

  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate shall carry out the following duties and responsibilities

-Retaining and disciplining Teachers (Interview, teaching
demonstration, reprimand, etc.)
-Conducting orientation and continued professional
development
-Facilitating the process of examination (placement test,
midterm test, final test, supplementary test, scholarship
test, and others)
-Auditing and keeping the results of all tests
-Preparing and keeping documents and academic forms
-Preparing academic documents and materials for teachers (books, CDs, markers, erasers, lockers, pigeonholes, etc.)
-Preparing and updating class schedule
-Conducting class observation & teaching assessment and
appraisal interview
-Creating and editing policies, regulations, and strategies
-Faculty meeting arrangement (agenda, contracts, academic
calendar, attendance list, and related documents)
-Develop and continuously improve curriculum
-Design course syllabus and collect materials
-Design test papers
-Select books and materials to beef up curriculum
-Build resource banks for teachers and students

Job Requirements

  REQUIREMENTS

- Be a native speaker
- At least a university degree or equivalent qualification
in Education,English, Management, and/or other related
fields
- At least 2 years or more experience in working with IEYC
and/or IPC curriculum
- Familiar with the operational practices and expectations
of the school.
- Work collaboratively and constructively with colleagues.
- Deep understanding of Early Childhood students, and
primary and their needs
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Recent and relevant professional development
- Experience in and understanding of IEYC and IPC
