Job Description

  Document Controller will be responsible to assist the team to collects, maintains and distribute all document necessary in and out. He/she needs to maintain a well-organized filling system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document library in a timely manner.
In this role, you are expected to work closely with Document control team and other Department staff, consultants, contractors, to track on document in the right place and against of losing and;
• Work with documents and record across various department, including human resource, marketing and finance.
• Analyze and concise risk management report of day to day operation for improvement
• Perform daily audit of documentation and operation manual as necessary
• Maintain effectively and productivity of working relation with all supporting function within organizations and external community authority
• Collect, scan and upload document following set procedure
• Use Microsoft work book spreadsheet for document management and maintain quality control
• Print and distribute documents as necessary
• Manage entire day to day correspondence within the company and dealing with relevance stakeholder including contractors and governments.
• Implementing diversity of all correspondence documentation for business team, operational team, commercial planning team, sale marketing and finance to support the organization to reach standard level of maintaining paper documents and electronic files.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

  • A recognized Certificate/Diploma/Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience & knowledge in document control
• Excellent time and project document management skills
• Experience in managing and leading teams to successful outcomes
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent prioritization, analytical & organizational skills and follow-up skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Able to work under pressure of meeting Timelines
• Dynamic and experience in dealing with crisis management
• Able to work in a high matrix and multicultural environment
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to handle multiple-instruction and project at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong healthy life style and able to work well under pressure
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
• High ethics, morals and professional standards; maintain confidentiality standards; good social behavior, neat appearance; attention for details; good common sense and judgement.
