Job Description

	- Work closely with the creative, digital and media team to insure the delivery of the marketing strategy - Tracking performances and adjusting the strategy and optimization if needed. - Be the direct point of contact for Display and Paid Social, ensuring key stakeholders are kept up to date with performance, initiatives, industry updates and strategy - Work closely with CRM team and the sales team to build a customized marketing strategy based on first party data, adapting copy and tailoring messaging to cater to our targets - Help implement the brand accounts for the Chinese social media platforms

Job Requirements

	- 5+ years of experience in account management, at a digital agency preferred. - Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing strategies across social media, websites. - Expert-level knowledge of campaign strategy, digital advertising best practices. - Strong communications and customer service skills with the ability to interact with technical people, business stakeholders, clients, etc. - An ability to look beyond face-value conversations; read between the lines and listen for what isn't being said. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Leadership, teamwork and agility required. - Business oriented (Conversion & sales focus, financial targets, revenue projections, etc.)
