Job Description

  ** HR &Admin:
- Manage Attendance of staff and T&W
- Supervise Process of preparing Wage at site by ensuring accurate data before submitting to HQ
- Supervise process of Recruitment & Selection of T&W at site
- Strongly push HR and Admin Process and Procedure to put in place
- Coordinate the process of monitoring and evaluation of employee performance
- Keep updating Org. Chart at site and employee list and send to HQ
- Coordinate with the HSEQ officer/engineer to ensure the safety and health at workplace
- Facilitate and coordinate administrative documents (transferring, OT request, Warning Letter, Resign Form, Exit Interview Form, AL Form,… etc)
- Coordinate Logistics for T&W

** Accounting
- Ensure the payment compliance to Accounting Process and Procedure
- Manage and make report petty cash and daily expenditure
- Financial Planning and monthly expenditure
- Strongly push Accounting Process and Procedure to put in place
- Facilitate and coordinate accounting documents (Request Petty Cash Form, Invoice, …etc)

** Procurement:
- Manage Purchase Order Book Before Sending Purchase Order (PO) to Procurement department
- Ensure the Item Classify Order Items (1. Construction Materials, 2. Tools & Accessories)
- Check and Verify PO Number, Order Date, Due Date, Items Description, Unit, Quantity, and Signature
- Send PO through email or other effective methods to PO Project Group and confirm to Procurement department by call or message if he don’t reply.
- Strongly push Procurement Process and Procedure to put in place
- Facilitate and coordinate Procurement documents (Invoice, Purchase Order Book, …etc)

** Stock:
- Make Monthly Stock Report
- Control Daily update stock In & Stock Out
- Manage stock in and out
- Ensure the quantity & quality of materials/products /equipment/tools that transfer to sites the same Purchase Order
- Coordinate and support site stock team and warehouse
- Strongly push Procurement Process and Procedure to put in place
- Facilitate and coordinate Procurement documents (Stock Count Form, Stock Transferring Form, …etc)

** Others:
- Support other departments and management level
- Lead and supervisor the team of HR/Admin, Stock, Site Admin
- Participating in Health and Safety at workplace/sites, building employee relationship and communication, problems solving/staff conflict
- Perform other duties as assigned by Direct and Indirect Manager.

Job Requirements

  - Male/Female
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Accounting or Equivalent degree.
- At least 4 year experiences in HR/Admin, Accounting, Stock
- Being proactively and flexibly, strong commitment with minimum supervision
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues and across SMCD
- Have Interpersonal/Communication Skills
- Be honest, hard-working, initiative, flexible, able to Work under pressure
- Strongly in Khmer Language both verbal and written and English is a plus
- Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet/Email
- Being able to travel to sites/provinces/ and stay at construction site
