Job Description

	Team management o maintain a commitment to the company’s vision and mission o manage operation team performance & evaluation o organize and lead the weekly meeting with operation’s responsible including all the relevant events of the months o prepare a weekly and monthly action plan for operation team o motivate team in order to achieve the company’s objectives o build good relationship with team, clients, and build brand image with best practice of project implementation o report situation and team performance to the GM o summary daily, weekly, and monthly report on team performance and achievement Stock management o make sure all the material and products are placed in order and easy to find or take o make sure all products and materials in stock are controlled and protected o update stock arrangement and management report to GM Operation tasks o make sure the project is done on time as scheduled with clients o lead, organize, and manage the operation team to do tasks effectively o conduct site inspection during the project implantation o coordinate and address any issue happen in the filed with clients based on company’s policy Expanse control o In charge of expanses of the team operation costs and track all invoices to make sure all the expanses are controlled accurate

Team management

Job Requirements

	Khmer nationality Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration Knowledge and understanding in events or project management Good planning, problem solving, and strong leadership skills Be able to work at a night time Ability to work under pressure Ability to maintain time management and operation focus
